At jeilyscart, we know that once you’ve found your perfect plush companion, you want them to arrive at your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. We take great pride in our shipping process, ensuring that every doll is handled with care and delivered in pristine, huggable condition.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume seasons, such as the year-end holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.
- Pre-Order Items: If your plush doll is a pre-order item, the estimated shipping date will be clearly noted on the product page.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer various shipping methods to suit your needs. Costs are calculated based on the weight of the plushie and the destination address.
- Domestic Shipping (Standard): 3–7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days.
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country).
Free standard shipping is often available for domestic orders over a certain threshold (e.g., $50). Please check our homepage for current promotions.
3. International Shipping
We are thrilled to send our plush dolls to friends all over the world! We currently ship to over 50 countries.
Important Note on Customs: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. jeilyscart is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.
4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Specialized Plush Packaging
Plush dolls require specific care during transit. We use a multi-layered protection system to ensure your friend arrives in perfect shape:
- Moisture-Proof Barrier: Every doll is first placed in a sealed, eco-friendly polybag to protect it from humidity or rain during delivery.
- Sturdy Outer Box: We use high-quality corrugated boxes to prevent the doll from being crushed or losing its shape.
- Vacuum Sealing (Optional): For oversized plushies, we may use vacuum compression to reduce package size. If your doll arrives vacuum-sealed, simply give it a few gentle shakes and hugs, and it will return to its full fluffiness within 24 hours.
6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations on shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your address is a P.O. Box, please select the Standard Shipping option at checkout to ensure successful delivery.
7. Lost or Damaged Items
If you receive your order and the plush doll is damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at smleggett14@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will work quickly to send a replacement or issue a refund.
