At jeilyscart, we want you and your new plush companion to be inseparable. However, we understand that sometimes a “perfect match” doesn’t happen on the first try. Whether your doll isn’t quite what you expected or there was an issue during transit, we are here to make it right with a fair and transparent return process.
1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your plush doll, you may return it for a refund or an exchange, provided it meets the eligibility criteria below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To ensure the health and safety of our customers (and our plushies!), returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused Condition: The doll must be in the same condition that you received it—clean, scent-free, and free of pet hair.
- Tags Attached: All original “hang tags” and fabric labels must remain attached.
- Original Packaging: Items should be returned in their original protective polybags and boxes to prevent damage during the return trip.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been:
- Washed or dried in a machine.
- Personalized or custom-made (e.g., dolls with custom embroidery).
- Purchased as “Final Sale” or “As-Is” during clearance events.
4. The Exchange Process
Found a different friend you like better? We make exchanges easy!
- Contact Us: Email smleggett14@gmail.com] with your order number and the name of the doll you’d like to receive instead.
- Ship It Back: Once approved, send your original item back to us.
- New Friend Sent: As soon as we receive and inspect the original doll, we will ship out your new companion. Please note that shipping fees for exchanges may apply depending on your location.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in our “Cloud-Touch” quality checks, but if your doll arrives with a defect (such as a split seam or a missing feature), we will prioritize a replacement at no cost to you.
- Please take a photo of the defect immediately.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We will send a prepaid shipping label for the defective item and rush a new one to you.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. A Note on “Squished” Plushies
Sometimes, plush dolls may appear slightly flattened or misshapen after their journey in a shipping box. Before initiating a return, we recommend giving your doll a few big hugs and a gentle “fluffing.”
If your doll was vacuum-sealed, it may take up to 24–48 hours to reach its full, cuddly potential.
